Atlanta, GA – December 14, 2023: – Bravo LLC, an affiliate of Bravo Infrastructure Group (combined “Bravo”), today announced its acquisition of Quest Renewables Inc. (“Quest”). Quest was formed in 2014 to commercialize technology that was developed with the US Department of Energy and the Georgia Tech Research Institute. Quest was further supported by the Georgia Research Alliance and investment from the GRA Venture Fund. Today, Quest is a leading solar canopy solutions provider whose patented racking design provides the most efficient and safest solar canopy solution in the industry.
The acquisition allows Bravo to enhance its portfolio of renewable energy infrastructure.
